Kristina Wyatt loves to teach individuals and groups the skills of conscious breathing, relaxation, and meditation. She has personal experience in using and teaching these skills in her challenging position as an occupational therapist at a maximum security psychiatric hospital for more than 9 years.
Kristina is also certified as a Tai Chi Fundamentals instructor and has practiced Yang-style Tai Chi for more than 14 years. Tai Chi is often referred to as a “moving meditation”. Daily practice of meditation and Tai Chi increases one’s ability to remain alert and aware, while being relaxed. Numerous scientific studies show the positive benefits of meditation and Tai Chi for increased physical and mental health, relaxation, and stress reduction.
